- Professor Dragan Savic FREng, CEO of KWR Water Research Institute and Professor of Hydroinformatics at the University of Exeter
- Dr Newsha Ajami, PhD, a hydrologist and Director of Urban Water Policy at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University
- Paul Fleming, a water stewardship expert and fellow at the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation (AGWA)
