Pre-requisistes: The user needs to provide the emitter calibration in the INP. This is a requirement to see the insights of the plugin, without emitters the user will see the empty state.

To be able to calibrate the network with emitters from modeling team these are the requirements: Requirements for estimated leakage .

The network can be modeled with emitters from an engineer or by the modeling team, to be able to do this through our modeling team we need to have readings for flow meters and zones with inputs and outputs.
