Gigi Karmous-Edwards is a digital technologies expert, specializing in IoT, big data, and digital twin technology in the water sector. Over her 25+ year career, she has excelled in academia, entrepreneurship, and as a thought leader in AI and data analytics. She is the founder and co-chair of the SWAN Digital Twin Work Group and runs Karmous-Edwards Consulting, advising global utilities and smart cities, as well as water tech companies on digital transformations and roadmaps. Gigi has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
